In this basic project package our professionals will assess your documents and provide you with instructions on issues that may have occured or require your attention. This step although crucial is often ommitted, resulting in delayed or even canceled acquisitions. Being aware of your property's legal condition increases your chances for a better and faster sale. Our professionals will assess: - Your property's legal title and related documents. - Your property's basic legal status in the Hellenic Cadastre (Ktimatologio) - Your property's construction permit, topogrpahic, structural and architectural plans, static study, energy certificate. - Your property's registration in Independent Authority for Public Revenue (IAPR - AADE) records (i.e. E9 Form) and your Uniform Real Estate Property Tax (ENFIA) statements. Depending on the documents providing, our professionals will inform you on issues that arose, documents missing that you need to acquire and provide you with possible solutions.
